Aussie Outage Tracker API
Every Australian power outage, in one feed
15 electricity networks across 8 states and territories, normalised into one shape: what is off right now, and every outage since each network’s recording began. One key, one format, read-only.
The API plan is $49.00 AUD a month including GST, with 2,000 calls each month, then $10.00 AUD per 1,000 beyond them, a cent a call. Refused calls never count against it.

Guides
Getting started, authentication, billing, errors and pagination, then recipes for the questions people actually ask of the data.
API reference
Every endpoint, parameter and response field, generated from the server’s own contract, with a real response for each.
Changelog
What changed in the API, release by release. Within /v1 that only ever means additions.
Recipes
One shape for every network
Each network’s feed is different: JSON, KML, a web page. The API reads them all and returns one outage object, with every gap stated as null rather than guessed.
History no network keeps
Networks publish what is happening now and then forget it. The archive records every change as it happens, so you can ask what was off at a time and place after the fact.
Coverage
New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory. See what each network publishes.
